Art for Relaxation
This one-of-a-kind creative learning experience utilizes an integrative approach in lowering physical and mental tension by using a combination of stress-relieving methods including meditation, stretching, art, mandalas, abstraction, and music. Participants, while in the process of relaxation, will learn how to effectively combine colors and techniques through basic color theory using a variety of media.

Bag Construction for Beginners
This course, consist of lecture and lab work covering mock-up, pattern making, material sourcing and bag construction. By the end of the course, students will have a basic knowledge of the bag-making process.

Basic Makeup
This course, held in partnership with MAC Cosmetics, will introduce students to make-up essentials. Students will learn straight from a MAC professional makeup artist about the building blocks of make-up application; from the tools, basic skincare, face shape, skin tone and proper application. Lastly, students will be introduced to the latest MAC makeup trends and will be taking a glimpse into various make up categories: editorial, bridal, theater, and film/commercial. The class experience will end with a guided MAC store visit.

This interactive workshop serves as introduction to the world of design. The program introduces seven significant periods in history and their impact on today’s design world. Students will be guided in visual research in a nurturing and fun environment. They will be encouraged to experiment with techniques in developing their own design concepts. The workshop will conclude with a fashion exhibit displaying their creative output.
